No Shows & Cancellations

Your appointments are very important to Rachael’s Spa Studio. Should you need to cancel, I respectfully ask for at least 24 hour notice. This gives me time to fill that spot. I understand that things happen in life, and just ask for communication. A cancellation fee of 50% of service booked will be applied at your next appointment for less than 12 hours notice, and 100% for no show.

Pets 

Pets are not permitted on the premises of Lotus Massage & Skin Care. We kindly ask all clients to respect this policy for the comfort and well-being of all our guests. Thank you for your cooperation. If you have a legitimate service animal, please call and notify me. Thank you!

Kids

We kindly request that children not be brought to our establishment for their safety and the consideration of others. Our premises have limited seating available in the waiting area, and other clients value a quiet environment during their sessions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.

Cellphones

Please remember to put your phone on silent or vibrate when entering for your service. If you need to take a call, kindly step outside to avoid disturbing ongoing massages. Thank you for your cooperation.
